The adoption of AI Automation is just beginning to take shape. So far, 2025 has been an incredible year in terms of the innovation that has occurred with some of our top partners: UiPath, Microsoft, OpenAI and Google. Like many, we at CampTek are working diligently to bring these next level AI products beyond the POC stage to something with substantial outcomes. We have spent lots of time working on next level AI powered products as a promise to CampTek 2.0. As a company, our R&D team has collaborated with Northeastern University and an M.I.T. based incubator to understand how we can leverage the greatest tools and approaches to solve the needs of our customers in and around Artificial Intelligence.
As many of you have may have seen in your “frequent’ emails from me, I am VERY excited about our Claims AI Engine. It’s being received very well, and we look to bring on more customers later this year and into 2026. Using Agentic AI, we can provide real-time feedback both for our customers trying to file, rework or appeal a claim within Microsoft Teams. In addition, the AI Engine will create appeal letters for denied claims. With automation, our bots can take action based on the rules that are set by their users. The great thing is that our Claims AI Engine just keeps getting smarter and smarter with your data. These are exciting times!
My door is always open if you want to talk through some ideas or questions you may have. I am planning on attending a few conferences in the fall so perhaps I will see you out there!

AI Engine for Claim Denials
Our solution will pre-screen claim submissions by submitting claims into the AI engine, claims can be edited based on the AI engine suggestions prior to submission, this engine is compatible with any EMR!
Using historical denial data the AI engine will screen for:

🩺 Diagnosis Code Analysis
📑 Insufficient Documentation or Missing Information
The AI engine will generate a denial confidence score—for example, a missing member ID will result in a 100% denial likelihood.
