December 2023 Vol. 41
To our current and future customers and partners, I wanted to thank you for your continued support. 2023 has been a “growing” year for CampTek Software and the Intelligent Automation industry itself. We have seen the widespread adoption of Generative AI with ChatGPT and the increase of Intelligent AI with the expanded ease of use of Large Language Models. The present capabilities are robust enough to make leaders in all industries get serious about planning how to adopt and use this technology in the present and near future. This doesn’t, for a second, discount the ability of RPA and the need for it to power day-to-day automations that will become more intelligent but also helping procure the data that is needed to feed these models. These truly are exciting times.
CampTek Software had another successful year in that we acquired many customers and gained more employees from all over the world! Our qualified sales pipeline of new customers and the backlog our current customers have is at an all-time high. As communicated in this space and others, we believe support and particularly the managed service approach ensures success and can help our customers and partners achieve near and long-term return on investment. In 2024 we will continue and expand our R&D to create automations that will incorporate the latest technologies available. So be on the lookout for that!
In closing, I wish nothing but good things for you and those that you cherish in 2024 and beyond.
Yours Truly,
Peter Camp
CTO and Founder, CampTek Software
